As the leader of Henan’s real estate industry, we initiate to advocate and develop Low-Carbon residentials to reduce output of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions into the biosphere due to anthropogenic causes. We have set up a professional research team to develop green and low-carbon product series in January this year and finalised “Jianye Green Declaration” in April 2010, with targets listed as below:

In 2011,we will select 2 high-end residential projects with plot ratio less than 2 to implement green and low-carbon technique including constant temperature, constant humidity and constant oxygen.

In 2012, we will provide the first green-concept building in Jianye Village or Universal Cuisine Town equipped with sophisticated green and low-carbon technique.

In 2012,not less than 10% of our products will be furnished and decorated in order to minimize wastage by ultimate users.

In the long-term, we target to add our self-developed unique green techniques into our product series, and give privilege to suppliers with green concept.
